Even though it was late on a Friday, Brad came out to the house and took the time to go over what was wrong with our water heater, and what options we had to replace it. He was able to order a new water heater and replace it the same evening. They protected the floor so rusty water wouldn't spill onto the carpet when they removed the old one. He thoroughly explained the new water heater after it was installed.
