Our water heater was broken on a Sunday morning. It had been worked on a couple of days before by someone else but was not fixed properly. George arrived on the same day (a Sunday) that the water heater stopped working again and fixed the water heater. He explained exactly what was wrong, how the previous tech did not fix it correctly and how he was going to fix it. He had all the parts in his truck. I was very impressed with George.
