Albemarle Heating & Air is great. I have a contract with them for regular maintenance service and they call well ahead to arrange an appointment, call ahead the day of the appointment, and are on time. The service person was very courteous and knowledgeable. They have also have repaired my unit and they came out very quickly when it stopped heating.
