Derrick arrived at my home on schedule. He performed all the necessary inspections with a good report on my A/C systems. Derrick was very personable and I enjoyed our short conversation. Derrick kept me in the loop during his inspection. Each step of the way he gave me an update. There were no surprises. Which I very much appreciated.
I believe Derrick is an asset to the Rosenberg team.
