My Navien tankless hot water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. I called Woodfin first thing in the morning and waited for a technician to call and come look at my unit. Before noon, I received a call and Robert arrived to save the day. It took some time (including having to go back to the office to pick up the Navien kit) but he was able to find the problem and got the hot water running again. He did say it was a temporary fix and a part needed to be replaced. He ordered the new part and arranged to return the next day to install. Robert was polite and helpful. I felt that I was in good hands and treated fairly. Thank you Robert!
