Shawn was excellent. My furnace stopped working last night on Christmas at about 8 pm. I had heaters out to protect my water pipes all night. Shawn showed up on time, professional and explained that it was my thermostat. The Nest thermostat stopped working. I went back to normal thermostat. I just bought my home 2 months ago and Shawn explained that my furnace is 5 years old, very good condition and should last for a long while. He also put in new furnace filter at no cost.
