We woke up to no heat the day before Christmas. The service tech, Dennis called and we discussed our situation. He came out to fix the problem. He told us what was wrong and was able to explain it so we understood. He was efficient and went right to work to fix it. He was cordial and didn't seem to mind it was the day before Christmas. He seemed to like his job and he did it well.
