I can't yet review on their service or quality since I just placed my order online. However in my sale email from Avas they boldly announce "up to 45% discount* and FREE DELIVERY!" So after putting in my savings code, I received only 10% off which was okay (I knew the asterisk was there for a reason) and the delivery was in fact free. HOWEVER the screen suddenly updated and suddenly there's an UNADVERTISED additional charge of $15.95 for a handling charge which was never mentioned previously. Of course I could have refused to finalize the order at this point BUT why the underhanded purposely sneaky and plain out rude handling of this last moment charge? If I knew beforehand there was an almost sixteen dollar handling fee I would've looked elsewhere.
