I had an emergency plumbing issue and Magnolia responded within 30 minutes. The technician Darryl was excellent and actually had the part we needed in his truck. He also fixed another faucet that had been put in incorrectly by another company. Darryl was courteous and professional. I am going to use Magnolia from now on.
