Craig arrived around 7:50am.
We went into attic area and I showed him the leaking vent
stack through roof. He caulked inside the roof in attic
and then we ran water over roof area & located the leak from
the outside vent. Craig then caulked around the outside vent and roof
area. He fixed the leaking area on the roof vent.
Craig is courteous and thorough. Advised to call A+Derr if we experience any further issues w/the roof vent. Thanks for the prompt service call & repair.
