The technician, Daniel, arrived on time as scheduled. He promptly went to work doing the annual service work. He replaced the filter, as I expected it was time for replacing. He determined a capacitor needed to be replaced. Our system was installed by Weather Master in the spring of 2010 so the capacitor issue was a surprise. Daniel explained all of his work and efficiently did the work. The annual charge for maintenance seems a little high ($176) for two service calls as others are advertising a $120 rate. Since Weathermaster installed the system, I feel it is best to remain with this company.
