I have been using Guy Smith heating and cooling for my heat pumps since back in the 1990's. I have always had great results with them. They now have a relatively new technician, Gerald Kearney. He has been at my house on several unrelated issues. He is extremely thorough in performing the preventive maintenance. Just this week, using his own Freon leak detector, he found a Freon leak in my condenser coil. Luckily, my system was barely within its warranty. Had he not been as thorough and detected the leak, I would have had to spend thousands of dollars of my own money to fix the problem. I would welcome Gerald back into my home any time. He is a great asset for Guy Smith.
