I had my furnace repaired by Kelly from Homesmart. He arrived on time and quickly determined the control board needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and delivered in less than a day. He came back and quickly had the furnace repaire He also replaced the old thermostat. He did a great job! I give Kelly 5 stars for excellent service.
I called Homesmart three weeks ago and a Customer Service Rep told me I had to wait three weeks for an appointment even though my furnace would not turn on and it was cold outside. I found out they do have emergency service and I should have had an appointment sooner. Customer Service should be aware Homesmart provides emergency appointments.
