I ordered an Anniversary Arrangement of Anniversary Flowers for my son and daughter in law, paid expedited shipping and also ordered 4 balloons for each of their children and one that said Happy Anniversary. I paid over $100 for this. I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered however when I called my son to see if they had received them, I was humiliated when he told me that they hadn't arrived. I called this company to see what happened and was told that they couldn't figure out what happened. They apologized an said that they would refund me the $9.99 that I paid for expedited shipping and send them out that day (a day later). When they arrived I received another email and so I called my son who said that they arrived and when I asked about the balloons, he said "What Balloons"? They did not include the balloons. I again complained and was told "Sorry, well refund you the money for the balloons". I am so dissatisfied with this company that I will never order from them again. Beware if your trying to do something important. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!!!!
