The representative the company sent out on a Sunday to look at our drains and water heater was top notch , incredibly knowledgeable and professional (his name was Rich) spent a good 40minutes with us after giving great advice and charged us nothing ... we will be getting the water heater replaced and specifically asked for him to do the installation. Would not hesitate to call them again .... very refreshing experience.
