They charge to come out and look at your job and if they don't want to take it, they will quote you an astronomical figure. Of course, you won't take it but they don't lose because they still take your $70.00. ATLEAST that's what happened to us. They wanted to charge $4,000. To run 2 PVC pipes from a laundry room to connect to pipes in the kitchen. We took 4 quotes and got the job done for under $1,000.00. All other quotes were much more reasonable. BEWARE.
