My Plumber was/is excellent. I called and had a plumber, Mark Knapik, at the front door in 30 minutes. He assessed and advised options; while I got the toilet we wanted from Lowe's, he uninstalled the old one. Done another 30 minutes after that. Price was fair, service excellent and Mark was great. Very satisfied for entire experience.
