Sent me a bill for $10, refused to give me a copy of my eye prescription( exam results) until I pay because I didn't buy $400 glasses out of pocket. Insurance covers one eye exam 0 out of pocket per year. Receptionist was a rude smart mouth, refused to give me a copy after insurance company paid them. They did nothing for me. Would never recommend anyone to this rip off, rude place.
