I was operating under a time constraint and, even though I called on Monday, Becky fit me in for Thursday. Perfect! The men were here promptly and completed the work to my total satisfaction by 2:30 p.m. They were polite, interested in my ideas (with good ones of their own), worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves.
I was totally pleased.
