Yes I agree 100 % this judge Harter does not have a clue about family court! He is rude he thinks his God he does not even ready the case before making a decision and get furious if you tell him his wrong or that he had said something he will denied it! went up to him 3 times I had domestic violence the father of my 6 years old and his new wife slash my tires ,broke into my home file false accusation and when I told the judge straight out told me In front of my ex-husband THEIR NOTHING I CAN DO TO STOP HIM! I judge basically gave him green light to continue his assaults and domestic violence and on top of that gave him visitation rights with my 6 years every weekend for 3 days even though he was drug tested and came back positive for meth and is a heavy drinker! Yes this is Judge Matthew Harter the one that destroys children and peoples life with his unknown decision making.
