My entire pregnancy I've felt ignored. When I raise a concern it's "nothing". I've called twice to speak with a nurse about possible issues and haven't received a call back either time. I've actually been forgotten in the waiting room. I'm not a big "doctor" person so I don't speak up unless I feel like something really is an issue, to be completely ignored when I do speak out is beyond frustrating.
As far as pediatric care is concerned, I've never had worse. For my oldest child it's acceptable care but not for my youngest as they are a special needs child. I brought all the records with me and they said they didn't need them. When seeking refusals to the specialists needed they completely dropped the ball. The doctors we've seen don't know or understand the my childs condition and have yet to educate themselves on it.
Overall I'm really upset with the care here.
