I missed my first appointment window because I happened to have been in the hospital emergency room but the tech they sent out, Thomas R., was very understanding. He also showed up when I rescheduled the appointment, which I was pleasantly surprised to get on the same day I called. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable and found a "hidden" leak that prior techs had missed. He left an hour later and my ac was working again, a real godsend with this heat wave approaching.
