Cesar installed a new hot water heater and sink faucet for us, in addition to doing other plumbing work, and he did a great job on everything. He clearly explained all the features of the new hot water heater, including the alarm system, and it's been working perfectly ever since. My husband and I are very appreciative of Cesar's outstanding work.
