I had a backed up basement bathroom Monday morning and called Mr. Rooter at 7:00 am and the problem was solved by 11:00 am that same day. Everyone was professional from Lori who answered the phone to Jordon who came and did the work. Jordon went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and we were happy. First time user but definitely will use them again and refer them to friends and neighbors.
