This was the second service call. The first three weeks prior found no definitive problem but the tech was able to get my system working. Now, three weeks later we experienced the exact same problem. They didn't come out till the next day. The tech was finally able to find the problem after I talked with him about Internet research I had done. He was able to find a problem, that was apparently overlooked. The tech was really nice and very helpful and I was just glad to have my air working. The dispatcher however was not great. She suggested that my air wasn't working because I didn't do maintenance work that the tech said was not required but upkeep, when I explained this to her she said " I am not getting into a he said she said". That certainly rubbed me the wrong way especially because the problem was not found the first time!!!!
