This was a perfect transaction in all respects. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Tom was on time arriving and called ahead. While here Tom was professional and polite, and he was an overall great guy. You could tell that he is an excellent plumber...and he has great people skills too. We are seniors and we have hired dozens of people to perform various installations and repairs over the years and this repair was the best and "easiest" of them all.
