This company will hire just about anyone. The training is a joke. One of the project managers was being extremely inappropriate with some of his female guards on one of the main job sites during work hours. This happened over a long period time with multiple guards , the company knew about it and did very little. This in my opinion enabled his behavior. Would never work for this company again and advise female guards to think twice before working there.
