AC went out blowing nothing but hot air. Called Arms One Hour. y were able to get a service rep (Mark) out on a Saturday morning, the completion had no week end service. Mark was a pleasant surprise very professional looking, polite Explained what was happening with AC. Mark then explained what he was going to do to trouble shoot system. Determined capacitor had failed, replaced failed part and did a complete check of system to make sure everything in good working order. Happy price. Would recommend ARMS to anyone need AC or heating service.
