Very happy to report a completely positive experience. I had my front door replaced, drywall hung, and new interior steps put in my 1500 square foot home. I felt like a valued customer because I always received prompt communication with any questions I had during the building process. I also liked that the designs and plans were done thoroughly. I am talking about skilled drawings where every "i" was dotted. This company is meticulous, thorough, and I do believe they are the best company within the greater Delaware area. I additionally did get 3 other estimates for the work and I got an estimate from Legacy that clearly was far superior, detailed, and organized. Well done guys !
