Travis answered all my questions about the workings of a gas fired heater and heat pump AC unit (condenser water ejector pump, high efficiency unit produces water in the HEATING cycle!, outside outfall hose could freeze!) Checked out the AC that the home inspector said was not putting out cold enough air at the air handler. Travis indicated the temp spread was at the low end of the desirable but the Freon pressure good and amperage right, house is cool on a very hot day. Did not try to sell me Freon I did not need. And he did a great job cleaning a unit whose filter had not been changed in years. Very satisfied.
