Kevin B and Dylan C responded to my home on time to pump my septic tank. Both were honest and professional. Kevin opened up both sides of my tank showed me what needed to be done and explained why each task would benefit the system. There was never any pressure, the decision was left up to me as to what items I wanted to be completed. Kevin and Dylan performed the necessary cleaning and ask me to inspect the job before they closed the tank back up. They both took extra care in filling the hole back up and left my yard in perfect shape to reseed the excavated area. Before leaving they educated me on how to properly maintain the system to keep it working properly.
