I suppose I'm getting old and forgetful. I called AA to schedule the annual cleaning and service of the a/c before the hot weather came. The very polite agent couldn't find a record of me at first because I had completely spaced furnace and a/c service last year . . . something I never forget. Worried about the lack of maintenance, I asked if I could schedule both the a/c AND furnace serviced at the same appointment. The very polite agent said "sure and that will save you $20".
Kraig was scheduled to arrive at 8A Thursday. At 7:56, I got a phone call from him saying he was five minutes away. He must have had little traffic since he arrived at exactly 8A. He introduced himself and soon asked why I had scheduled A/C and furnace service on the same day. I retold the above to him and he explained that buying both at once through their service contract is what saved me $20. He explained the other advantages of the service contract and advised that I wait until the fall to service the furnace.
Kraig could not have nicer. He didn't waste time and got right to work. When finished, he explained what he had done and walked me through the paperwork.
Its 94 degrees outside right now and I'm comfortably relaxing in my living room where it's 74. AA did a great job and I recommend them highly.
