I find them highly responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable. I was able to get a tech out a day after my air conditioner broke. Because a part had to be ordered, he couldn't fix it for another two days but he clearly explained what was wrong, why the delay (part had to be ordered), and on the day the part arrived, he was prompt about following up with me to let me know he would be there later that morning to finish the repair. Since then, my air conditioner works well and is blowing cold air very nicely.
