Well, we were promised a pool months ago, and we are still waiting... We thought by starting in March it would assure us a pool by summer, but NO!!! Make sure you get a time frame in writing on your contract. Don't expect the "promised word" of times, dates, or call backs. They are very expensive and I am not even sure we get a warranty or anything, there is nothing in writing and obviously they are not good for their word. I feel like an idiot for hiring them.
