I came back from a long weekend to find that my A/C wasn't working properly, and it was 85 degrees. I called Magnolia for an emergency service call. Saeid was dispatched around 9 pm and was patient and professional. He was honest, and did a follow-up visit the next day. He was prompt and courteous, and did not oversell any products I didn't want or need. He was outstanding!
