Mason was helpful and friendly. He was easy to reach before he arrived and happy to answer my questions about water heaters. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He did an excellent job installing the new heater. I hope I don't have to replace my new heater for a long time, but when I do, I'll be happy to use Mason again.
