I own a home in Post Falls and live in California. PMIG has rented and taken care of our home for 5 years. I don't understand the bad reviews. Darlene and her staff have always been available to take my calls and found me and excellent tenant. I think the reviews are from disgruntled tenants. The fact is if you own property and want a good management company who screens tenants and gets you a good one go with PMIG. I think they are great. I couldn't be happier with how they took care of us.
