We paved part of our backyard. They scheduled promptly and came when scheduled. The part of the job they finished looks great. However, they didn't pave 3 rows of pavers that we had ordered and just left the paid-for pavers in a pile by our patio. They also didn't remove the debris, as stated in the contract. We called them up and the owner apologized profusely and said since he wasn't able to extend it now that it was cemented, he would pave another small area to make up for it. This was over a month ago. No response. No paving. No debris removal.
We reached out via e-mail, text, phone, facebook, and instagram. We received no responses and were blocked on social media.
We are taking this company to court for damages.
