Some of the highest rates in the state with crappy service. Last winter the power was out for 7 days when the temp was -20 below. Kept calling and put on hold, when they did get back to us .. they told us if was being worked on and would be on shortly. Never happened!!! so many broken water pipes and damaged hot water tank. And guess what, they wont work with disabled or low income. pay us or have no power mentality. I wish the state would investigate this corrupt greedy company.
