i recently purchased an entirely new system for my home and during the follow up visit before the first year was up received a system cleaning. My technician (Mario O.) was very professional and explained all of what was taking place. my only disappointment with any of my service thus far was the fact that after paying thousands of dollars overhauling my old HVAC system, I learned today that I needed "surge protectors"?? I'm sure I would have paid another couple of hundred dollars for it initially just FYI!!
