David was our service tech, who came to the house for our ac servicing. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me around the unit and explain the duct work. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend. We bought this unit from Frymire and have had multiple routine service calls and I can honestly say that I have been pleased with every tech they have sent to our home. A+ from me and I don't usually write reviews!
