The serviceman ( Phil) who checked out the heat pump is thorough and knowledgeable. He also did the inspection on the previous visit. I like him a lot.
I have one suggestion... It would be nice if the serviceman/woman would put on a pair of booties in case he/she has oil, etc on the bottom of their shoes.
