The last two appointments have been less than ideal with regard to timing. My appointment a month ago, the stylist was 17 minutes behind with the customer before me. Today she was going on 26 minutes over so I walked out with no haircut. Mind you this after I inquired about scheduling another appointment 20 minutes into my extended wait time. She said she would be right with me. Why is my time less important than someone else's? Very poor customer service/lack of care/concern.
