We needed a new water heater, Shane came out to diagnose the problem. He quickly was able to tell us what was needed and worked with our home warranty company. The installation happened within a day and was done neatly and efficiently. Shane took the time to explain what needed to be done as well as to explain how to perform proper maintenance. Overall very satisfied.
