doctor is great however...been to this office Nassau pediatric and assoc for over 17 years.... could not afford well check visits....I had many medical bills and moved to another town.... they did not send me my kids files after signing form them and when my child got sick they refused to see him... 17 years of loyality ... gone. the rudest staff especially Lydia... I practically begged them to treat my sick child and they refused.. would not send medical records after a month of signing papers form them to do so .... so I could find another doctor...never sent....had to take son to immediacare with no records to show them of his past medical issues/allergies/ asthma issues.... they out righted refused my helpless sick child medical treatment. filed complaint with the department of health... what happened to the Hippocratic oath? DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!
