Ben with Sears Carpet & Air Duct cleaning was in our home yesterday to clear a dyer line of lint. Ben was super helpful and a real pro. He took the time to make sure the line was clear and also explained how to avoid having to have it cleared again.
You often read reviews of folks who fall short of expectations. Its really important that we acknowledge those who go above and beyond. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Ben's professionalism- he was great and Sears is lucky to have him!
