My service technician today was great! He was very friendly, shared information and pictures showing my potential mold and recommended the UV purification systems to remove allergens, mold etc. The price was a bit high, but he was willing to call his manager to see what could be done. In the end, we were able to get a discount, which was VERY much appreciated.
