I received excellent customer service from Josue and he did a great job with my carpet. He addressed all my concerns and made sure I was pleased with all rooms before leaving. Josue arrived within the time frame I was given and I also received a call as promised, informing me when he was 30 minutes out, and Josue arrived on time. I am pleased with the results and will use Sears again.
