Mark R has been one of the techs that has come to my home on more than one occasion. He is very pleasant, professional and seems very thorough in his work. He also doesn't mind fielding questions and takes the time to explain the work he is doing and why it's needed.
On a side note I'd like to also commend Jeff Nation as a fine tech that has also been out to do service for me on numerous occasions and does a really great job! I mention that because I don't believe these reviews were being done the last time he did work at my home.
