The gentlemen arrived at the expected time and worked hard, keeping us apprised of what they were finding and some suggestions of possible solutions. Seeing that I was a bit confused with unfamiliar terms, the findings were written down on the receipt so I would know what to ask for when I wanted to take steps to correct some needed repairs in my duct work.
